Owner Operator Benefits

  • Pay scale is 70% for local work, 75% for regional and OTR
  • No forced dispatch, open door policy
  • $113.50 per week for basic liability ($22.70 for 1 day, $45.40 for 2 days, $113.50 for 3-5 days)
  • We offer Bobtail and Physical Damage Insurance based on the value of the truck, deducted weekly
  • Weekly Settlements every Friday -we offer Direct Deposit
  • Home nightly / weekly for OTR
  • We do NOT hold escrow back -we hold 2 weeks pay back
